The registration on the Iberian Plant Biology 2023 entitles the participant to a single presentation (oral or poster) or to two presentations, as long as one of them is presented on the special session Seeds of Knowledge (also related with Teaching for Innovation meeting). This does not exclude the opportunity to be co-author (a non-presenting author) in other abstracts.
The registration of PhD students on the Iberian Plant Biology 2023 entitles the participant to submit a single communication (oral or poster). This does not exclude the opportunity to be a co-author (a non-presenting author) in other abstracts.
The registration of PhD students on the Iberian Plant Biology 2023 and 3rd PhD Meeting in Plant Science entitles the participant to submit a single communication (oral or poster) for each meeting. This does not exclude the opportunity to be a co-author (a non-presenting author) in other abstracts.
Submitted abstracts must be original. Abstracts previously published or presented at an international scientific meeting cannot be submitted.
Abstract Submission Portal
All abstracts should be submitted via the online platform. Abstracts sent by e-mail or other means will not be considered.
The submitting author of the abstract must be the presenting author, but does not have to be the first author. Please verify if you filled in the submitting author's name and e-mail address correctly – these contacts will serve for further correspondence with the author(s). All correspondence concerning the abstract will be sent to submitting author’s e-mail address.
The abstract submission portal will take you through the process of submitting your abstract. The abstract submission form is very straightforward, but some explanatory notes are also given below the fields to be filled in.
